All you need to do is contact us through email or phone. We will be able to give you an estimate and set up our first cleaning.
No. We do not require contract
For the first cleaning we charge by hour. If it's a post construction/remodeling cleaning, we charge $45 per hour per person. If it is not the case, we charge $40 per hour per person. Our minimum charge is for 2 hours. We will use our own cleaning supplies for the first time.
So, the total price will depend on how many hours we will spend to do the cleaning. After we get some information about your home, we will be able to give you a range of hours that probably we will need to do the cleaning.
After the first cleaning we will be able to give you a price for the regular cleaning.
Yes. Just keep in mind that our minimum charge if for 2 hours. Let's say that you want to pay for just 2 or 3 hours, for example, we will be able to come and clean what we can during that time. We always work with at least 2 cleaners.
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
For the first time we bring everything. For the following cleanings we ask our customers to have their own stuff. We will bring just our vacuums and mops every time. We will give you a list of cleaning supplies that normally we work with.
We offer cleaning once a week and every 2 weeks.
